Ad Customizer Not Working

Hello All,

We have created one ProductFeed Ad customizer with Target Keyword  via API.But when we try to search by that target keyword in google then the ad doesn't appear.Instead when we login to account we get some alert message like this "1 ad group needs targeting Some of your ad groups aren't running. Take action by adding targeting, such as keywords."

What can be wrong here?? Since we have already target Ads by keywords using Ad Customizers then do we need to Add Keywords in the account??

Hi Ronak, 

Did you create CustomerFeed Items for the Ad customizer feed you setup in the account level? Here is an example for setting up AdCustomizer.

Hello Yin,

Yes the Feed Items are set up in Account level.I can also share you the code if you want.The Ads also did created succesfully.I am using the Adwords Script example https://developers.google.com/adwords/scripts/docs/examples/ad-customizers.But the only thing is When we search in google by that Target Keyword, then Ads not being displayed.Even the Campaign, Adgroup and Ads status are also Enabled.
