Google adsapi inquires about denying basic access

MCC ID: 397-336-1790 I applied for Google ads api basic access, but the company you applied for has an API token already approved through Google Ads Manager account ID 902-594-0727, so it was rejected.

Google Ads Manager account 902-594-0727, not found.

Can't I change the google ad api token of Google Ads Manager account ID 902-594-0727 to account MCC ID: 397-336-1790?
