Hi,

I develop my site using laragon that allows me develop using an extension ".test".

I can not add the URI to list of authorized domains. It throws " Invalid domain: must be a top private domain"

How can I test Google APIs on this extension?

Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

Could you please confirm if you are using the Google Ads API or any third-party tool to develop your site? If you are using the Google Ads API, I would request that you provide more details on the statement that you have made, 'I cannot add the URI to the list of authorized domains' and 'How can I test Google APIs on this extension?' If possible, kindly share the relevant UI screenshots for further investigation.

Hi,

Attached is the screen shot for the same.

I simply want to test it out locally as part of development. But it does not allow me to add my local domain.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Based on the information provided, I understand that you are encountering a problem with the app verification process on the OAuth consent screen. I would recommend you kindly refer to the “Google OAuth verification” documentation for more information. Also, I would suggest you refer to the 'OAuth API verification FAQs' and 'Unverified apps' articles which answer your queries.

If you still encounter any issues related to the OAuth, I would recommend you to reach out to the GCP Product support team as they are better equipped to address your concerns. Kindly note that we can assist you only with the technical queries related to the Google Ads API.
