API Standard Access No Response

Hi, Team,

I had requested multiple times for Ads API Standard access but no getting any response from support team. Our tool is not working half of the day because of limitations on Basic Access, so, customers are unhappy. We applied in December and still no response after almost 2 months.

I have also filled in the form to contact Google Ads API Compliance team but still no response

Currrently we are using the Basic access Developer token but always run into RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED error because we need higher limits. I would really appreciate if you could look into my case and let me know when I can expect to hear back from Google.

Can somebody please guide me where I can connect to know the status of my request?
