How to get customer Ads account details after APP authorization & scope allowed

Hi team,

I have created App in https://console.cloud.google.com/ and Scope also added "Google Ads API", "Service Management API" which prompts user during login to Google Ads account as below screen shot

User doing check for AdWords campaigns as well.

Then at user end under his "Third-party apps with account access", that App visible with scope allowed as below -

Now we able to get users email, name etc.. But how we can get customer Google Ads account "Customer ID"(10 digit ads account id) to fetch his campaigns, etc....  Pls help to find it which API or something else...
