When we can get CLICK_PERFORMANCE_REPORT data after we get GCLID.

Because when we try to get this REPORT after click ads (1-2min) we get null.

What best time duration we should wait before GoogleAPI response data form this report?

Hello, 

The report stats in AdWords are not real time and in most cases they are delayed by less than three hours. It is not possible to get the stats real time. Please refer to this article on Data freshness as a reference. This said, the GCLID will not be generated at the click time. It will be generated at the impression time. If a user clicks on your ad several times, you will get multiple GCLIDs, one for each click. If a user clicks on a particular ad impression multiple times, those clicks will be associated with only one GCLID. Please check this blogpost for more information.

Adwords reporting lags 3-4 hours behind. If I were you, I'd check back after 5-6 hours.
