How I can access these report fields (Campaign Phone Numbers: Active and Campaign Phone Numbers: disapproved) from Google Ads API?

Please help which API I should use to fetch report fields info (Campaign Phone Numbers: Active and Campaign Phone Numbers: disapproved).

To further check, could you provide the screenshot of the whole UI of the Google Ads account where we can see the information that you want to get via API?

You can provide it via Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, then send it instead on this email address googleadsa...@google.com.

Thanks for sharing the full screenshot from the Google Ads UI.

Upon further checking, I'm afraid that the fields (Campaign Phone Numbers: Active and Campaign Phone Numbers: disapproved) are still not supported in the API. With that, allow me to raise a feature request for this; however, please note that there is no guarantee if this will be supported in the API soon. We suggest that you follow our blog for updates and new releases.
