Help me find metrics for Lift Measurement reports.

Such as:
All survey responses

Baseline survey responses

Exposed survey responses

Baseline positive response rate

Lifted users

Cost per lifted user

Absolute brand lift

Relative brand lift

Headroom brand lift

Searching here gave no results:

Unfortunately, these fields are currently not available in the API. You can follow our blog for any announcements.
