Basic API Access

We develop an integration between our product and Google Ads using the API. We have applied for Basic Access for our API key using the form and received back an email with id 0-7467000037792 saying we would hear back. This was a month ago and I have since followed up with the compliance team, but have heard nothing. 

Is there anything we can do to expedite this process?
