Hi,
Does it mean that I will have to mark my present textad as DISABLED and save it. Then create a new TextAd?
But then the new Ad will have a new ID which is not exactly what I want. Is there any way to create a new textad after deleting the old one but the ID should remain the same?
Please reply back on this.
Thanks and regards,
Ravi.

Hi Ravi,
Although it isn't documented well yet in the v2009 API Reference, you cannot change the URL of an Ad. This was true in the v13 API (see
http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/developer/AdService.html#updateAds
), and remains true in the v2009 version. Because the URL affects quality score, to change the URL you must delete the existing ad and create a new ad with the new URL.
