Verifying Access Tokens expired or not using REST Interface

Hello,
I've gone through the documentation and resources available, but I still have a few doubts about the best practices for verifying whether an access token has expired or not. Could you help me out by answering the following questions?

1. What is the recommended approach to check if an access token is expired using a REST interface?
2. Are there any specific endpoints or API calls provided by our authentication/authorization service to perform this verification?

1.) What is the recommended approach to check if an access token is expired using a REST interface?

• As per this guide (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/oauth/internals#access_token_expiration), an access token has an expiration time (based on the expires_in (https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc6749#appendix-A.14) value) after which the token is no longer valid. Kindly note that you can use the refresh token to refresh an expired access token. You may also check this guide (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/rest/auth) for more information about the Authorization and HTTP Headers in the Rest Interface.

2.) Are there any specific endpoints or API calls provided by our authentication/authorization service to perform this verification?
