Ads Not Performing well, after pausing it, What should i do?

Hi All,

I am running campaigns for last 6months. Last Month I paused it for 15 to 20 days. Before that I was receiving good conversion & after pausing the performance of my ads worst, I have changed the ads, I mean created some new ads, keywords, created new ad group, Top Page Bid Strategy All, The Keywords Q/S is 6 -8/10 & bidding re also high but the average ad position is 5.5, Why its showing so? What should i do to improve my ad position & get some good conversion. Should I delete the previous campaigns & start a fresh?
