Floodlight config tag sending pageview hit to Ad words ID

As per the latest Google suggestion(10 April, 2025 update) we added the Google Tag for floodlight but now we observe an additional hit going to an adwords ID which was not there before.
When we checked the initiator, this was loading from the floodlight tag. What could be the potential reason(s) for this?
