GET conversion lag data

Hello, when using Pay for Conversion, is there an API endpoint that can check the estimated number of conversions? I'm very concerned about my expenses due to Conversion Lag. Thank you.

I would suggest that you use the metrics.all.conversios metric, which retrieves the total number of conversions. This includes all conversions, regardless of the value of include_in_conversions_metric. Kindly refer to the document Bidding Strategy Types to get more information.
