Adwords API Expert Needed (For Hire)

Im looking to hire an Adwords API expert. (A suggestion on where to
find an expert would be fine)...

My needs are simple:
I need a script to create a large amount of ads by utilizing the
keyword tool feature to generate keywords.

Have you find an api programmer yet?
I would create a big amount of Text Ads exporting keywords to excel
and then I would create Ads offline. I've worked in a big project like
yours just using excel and adwords editor. I created 6,000 ads. Good
results.
