Internal API Error

Hi, trying to retrieve TargetingIdeaService under version v201809 using python 2.7.14, this is the output i have from the terminal. I read in documentation that we need to wait around 30 seconds. try to do it again after 30seconds. but the result is still the same

*PS. I also have tried with python 3.6.7, and the result is the same.

Is there anyone who knows how to fix this error?

Hi Yulianti,

Could you provide to me the complete SOAP request and response logs so I can further investigate? If you haven't yet, you may enable SOAP logging on your end by referring to this guide.

Once enabled, you may retry your request and send to me privately, via the Reply privately to author option, the SOAP request and response logs should the error still persist.
