AuthenticationError.CUSTOMER_NOT_FOUND returned when calling CustomerService.getCustomers using v201809

Hello,

For one of our customer's accounts, we are receiving an error AuthenticationError.CUSTOMER_NOT_FOUND when querying the ManagedCustomerService.get using the v201809 version of the API. 

We are not passing in a clientCustomerId in the header, and the Adwords account is at least a few days old. 





This same code works for our other customers without any problem.




Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this?

Hi,

The AuthenticationError.CUSTOMER_NOT_FOUND error that you encountered means that the account was not found for the customer ID provided in the header. However, to better investigate this, could you provide the complete SOAP request and response logs when you encountered this error? Please reply via Reply privately to author.
