Can someone post an example of how to create a user list using userlistservice in Python?

I am looking to:

- Create a user list

- Modify a user list

- Upload a csv to a user list

- Perform Customer Matching

Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, we do not have sample code for creating userLists in Python, but we do have code samples available here in Java for you to use as reference.
