NEGATIVE PLACEMENT LIST linking error

Hi!
I used the Google Ads API to create a NEGATIVE PLACEMENT LIST on the MCC account（https://googleads.googleapis.com/v13/customers/{customerId}/sharedSets:mutate）, and added some urls to it. But an error occurred while  linking this list to the AD account on the Sub-account settings page.why?

I understand that you encountered an error while creating a NEGATIVE PLACEMENT LIST using your manager account. For us to further investigate the issue, could you please provide us with the complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on your end? If you haven't enabled the logging yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link.

You can provide it via Reply privately to the author option. If this option is not available, then send it instead on this email address googleadsa...@google.com.

I successfully created the NEGATIVE PLACEMENT LIST on the MCC account using the API.But i can't link this list to sub-account on Goole Ads's Sub-account settings page of the MCC account(error occurred).However,If i create the NEGATIVE PLACEMENT LIST on Goole Ads's Placement exclusion lists page of the MCC account,it can successfully link to sub-account.

Is there any difference between a NEGATIVE PLACEMENT LIST created through the API and a NEGATIVE PLACEMENT LIST created on the Goole Ads's Placement exclusion lists page？

Is there any difference between a NEGATIVE PLACEMENT LIST created through the API and a NEGATIVE PLACEMENT LIST created on the Goole Ads's Placement exclusion lists page？

Kindly note that the Google Ads API mirrors the Google Ads UI. Whatever data or feature shows up on the Ads UI report, the API should have it the same. That being said, I could confirm that the things you mentioned are the same. However, if you have additional questions regarding UI-related matters, you may reach out instead to the Product Team via this link, as they are better equipped to provide guidance on this matter.
