How to receive promotional codes via Ads API

Hi there,

we do need to receive promotional codes via API. 

via Invoice API, I do receive lines like this:

"account name";2022-01-01;2022-01-31;295.4800

Fraud clicks are balanced correctly. But voucher part not appears.

In Google UI, invoice contains amount reduced by 120€ promotional codes in this particular case.

So how to receive those 120€ value via Ads API?

Thank you for raising this concern to Google Ads API Team. 

To further investigate the issue, "But voucher part not appears" as you mentioned, kindly provide us complete request and response logs with the request-id generated on your end, so our team can better check. Also for our reference if voucher details are not supported, could you please send a screenshot for this so we can add on the feature request.

You can provide it via Reply privately to the author option. If this option is not available, then send it instead on this email address googleadsa...@google.com.

Hi Michael,

Thanks for your patience on this. We have received your private reply. While it is possible to get account_budget adjustments amounts, it is not possible to get the adjustment type (e.g. promotional codes). However, this feature has been requested previously, and any relevant changes will be mentioned in the release notes of subsequent versions.

thx. Is this feature request scheduled already? Is there rough time frame you can provide? We would really need as soon old Adwords API will be deprecated on April 27.

Unfortunately, I'm not able to provide internal info about the status of the request. Can you confirm if the feature you are referring to is available in the AdWords API? If so, can you please send us the feature's documentation so I can verify that we are on the same page about what feature you're referring to?

Hi Matt,

it's not provided in AdWords API. Whole Invoice via API part is new with Ads API.

What I was trying to say: we need to change our business logic in production due to API change. Thus, we would love to leverage from new invoice capabilities new Ads API provides. Without handling voucher part I doubt we can use this part, as balance to customer would be incomplete.
