Question about timezone of change_date_time in ChangeEvent

Dear Google Ads API support teams,

We want to get data of "ChangeEvent", (refer: https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/v6/ChangeEvent).

I have 2 questions about `change_date_time` in `change_event`.
1. Is `change_date_time` based on the timezone of the account?
2. If yes, Is there any way to specify the timezone of `change_date_time` when request `change_event`?

Thank you for reaching out.

The 'change_date_time' field is based on what time zone is set in the Google Ads account and I am afraid that there is currently no feature in the API for changing the time zone in the report.

Hi,

Is this same for change_summary event as well?

Last_change_date_time. 

In Adwords API it is based on Pacific Time but in Ads API it is based on Account Timezone?

Date / timezone details returned by the APIs are based on the account's own timezone.
