AdwordsUserListService Return Null in ListType

I am currently seeking to pull some UserLists from various accounts in my MCC, but I noticed that some of my listType values on my userlist objects are returning null. Having read some threads discussing a similar issue (link below), I wanted to confirm if this is still the case, and if there is any workaround to determining if RULE-BASED UserLists Types can be pulled.

Hi David, 

Could you provide the complete SOAP request and response, and the clientCustomerId you're using? Additionally, please provide a screenshot of the sample userList from your UI view and send these requested information via reply privately to author.
