here, it can take up to 3 hours for the conversions to show in your account for last-click attribution (or more time for other attribution models). Additionally, please be advised that conversions show up in Google Ads on the impression date of the initial click, not the conversion date or the upload date. If this doesn't solve the issue, please share your client customer ID, the un-masked screenshot, and some examples of GCLIDs and their impression dates
