Performance Max API integration (Adwords) - Need Basic Access

Hi Team,

One of our clients, Maruti Suzuki, is trying to create multiple campaigns across the country for their dealers. For Perf Max API integration they needed a production account to test the API, the only way they discovered was to make a prod account by submitting a form with all the relevant details to Google. 

They had submitted the form and raised this request on 27th but still there is no revert from Google's end. The team has also escalated using this form but in vain.

Currently the agency only has  "Test Account Access" with which they cannot access the information from real accounts on Google Ads. To access the information of the real accounts in the Google Ads, it seems they need "Basic Access" and hence need help from the team on the same.
