FeedService broken?

Hi all,

the FeedService worked fine for me today. Now I have the very strange issue that it fails (see request). 

I wondering because sometimes it's the FeedService and sometime the FeedItemService with a XML_STREAM_EXC or I get this [WSDL] SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from 'https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/cm/v201402/CampaignFeedService?wsdl' : failed to load external entity  (Could be FeedItemService or FeedService as well)

Is anything broken at the moment?
