We cannot learn the result of the Google Ads Basic Access application

Hello, my ID is 868-505-9115 and this is a Test Manager Account. I applied for basic access, but I still haven't received a response and I can't find out what's going on in the process.

Can you help me with this issue and what can I do to speed up this process?
