Problem accessing the Google Ads API

Hi Google Ads API Team,

I'm trying to resolve access to the Google Ads API but this time it's difficult to get access permission! I've done this before, and it worked well... they responded quickly.
I made a first request on 04.09 to change the access level of the administrator account to "basic" ("it is currently a test account"). As I did not receive any response, I made a new request on 11.09.... with all the information complete as requested. Note: the promised deadline was 3 business days.

On September 19, I received a return email from the Google Ads API Compliance team asking for more information about my application. I responded immediately, despite the fact that I had already provided all the data twice - on 04.09 [4-2110000036625] and on 11.09 [0-8966000036893]. Today, September 24th, I still haven't received a response or a solution..... I need to know what's happening please, I need feedback.

My issue is definitely a matter for the Google Ads API team. I've already tried contacting Google Ads technical support, who, despite responding very quickly, were unable to resolve anything. I managed to contact them via chat and they responded to me twice by email, giving me links to the tutorial with instructions, but the problem is not an error in my request, the fault lies with Google, which has not yet verified my request!

Shortly after I sent the requests to change the Google Ads API access level to basic, I received an automatic email from the Google Ads API Compliance Team informing them that they are experiencing a delay issue due to high demand.
The deadline that was 3 to 5 business days is now 11 business days (I received a response on September 19th to the request on September 4th).

I need at least one answer that my request will be fulfilled and within what time frame, as I depend on this for my work. I need to know if I'm still waiting or should I make a new request for this change in access level (I've already done it twice). Please, I need a specific answer for my case, as they all seem to be automatic answers and out of alignment with the real situation.

Your concern is related to the ‘access or developer token’ and we don’t have access to verify when your request will be fulfilled because it is out of the Google Ads API support team.
