Help with requesting a Developers Token

Hi All,

I currently need some help with applying for a developers token. I am building an application, and would like to use the AdWords API to monetize it so I can become an affiliate.

I was just filling out the application when I found that you require a company URL to apply. I am just a single individual, and don't have a website. Is it still possible for me to apply for a Developers Token?
