How to upload batch keywords

Hi All,

 I have a question as to how I can upload a batch of keywords. I have tried to look at several videos and read a number of how to but they are not specific as to how this is done. I have seen this on my site for doing bulk uploads:

To get started with bulk uploads:

1. Go to the Keywords, Ads, Ad groups, or Campaigns tabs, then download a spreadsheet from the Edit menu.
2. Make changes to the spreadsheet offline.
3. Upload your spreadsheet using the Edit menu. If you're ready to go now, you can upload your spreadsheet right here

I download the sheet but this is new ground and where to start. There is no EDIT in the Beta version and they talk about tabs but those also are not in the Beta version. How do I put in the keywords I want to upload and do I have to change the other information before I upload. Man I have alot of questions. Sorry. I just set up my site and want to continue on but not making much progress in adding to it. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

Hi Steve, 

It looks like you are trying to perform the bulk uploads via the web interface which is explained here. If the new UI experience is the roadblock in performing the upload, you could switch between the UI views by following the steps listed in this guide. If you have any additional questions about bulk upload via web interface, please post it on the Advertisers community forum so that the product experts there can assist you better. 

On this forum, we discuss questions specific to AdWords API. If you would like to perform the keyword uploads via the API, let me know and I can share the steps for that.
