What is TargetingIdeaService's limit and advice ?

Hi all.

This entry is about Rate limit and TargetingIdeaService.
If you know about a thiing, Please advice to me.

I develop program related to  TargetingIdeaService.
The program  going to  call  TargetingIdeaService many times in day .
So, I have three question.

Q1)  Are Campaign Data Management and Optimization services rate limit check is same  or Each category checked individualy ?

continuously call times : 1,000 - 100,000


Q2)  About using TargetingIdeaService. Are there advice or limit thing or page link about it ?

 (I'd read Rate Limit page : https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/rate-limits?hl=en)

Q3) I want to map source keyword and represented keyword.
When sent multiple IdeaTextFilterSearchParameter.includes(KEYWORD)  request.
Can I map IdeaTextFilterSearchParameter.includes(KEYWORD) and TargetingIdea.KEYWORD_TEXT?

Hello, 

The 10,000 daily operation limits apply to all API operations. You can find details on Rate Sheet. 

I don't quite understand what you mean by mapping the keywords. When you use IdeaTextFilterSearchParameter, it guarantees that each idea in the result will match at least one of the included values. This can handle maximum of 200 items.

at First.

Do operation limits contains standard access developer ?
(Team have standard access)

If answer is "no" , Developer only  handle  qps in program ?


Second.

Is your comments mean that qps rate limit is  measured integrated through each API categories ?

[individual qps measure]

client <== mesure qps ==> { Campaign Manage}
client <== mesure qps ==> { Optimizatoin }

If integrated qps measure way.
Should program handle qps to parallel call  multiple category api ?

Hello Yin.

I write about keyword mapping. Please make sure I do not might sentence is not good .


I want to classify TargetIdeaService's response text by related request keyword.

My language is Japanese.

In below case .  source keyword classification is difficult in program .

=== example ===

Request source keyword [ "banana", "tomato" ]

sampled Response keywords
[ number banana, バナナ 季節,  ばななtv,  tomato銀行, とまと料理,  なすとトマト]

In japanese, Banana is same words  "バナナ", "ばなな" and Tomato is same words "トマト", "とまと".

In this case, program can't create map of source and response keyword easy.
If program classify by source word , program should have many same words dictionary.
This way have very maintenance cost and programing is difficult.

So, I want to find easy way to classification of source keyword.

If you know easy way, Please advice to me.

If you have standard access, then the daily operation limits do not apply. However, your application must handle other type of rate limits. This can be requests per minute, operations per minute or other types of rate limits. The RateExceededError will give you details on the scope and the name of the rate exceeded. The Rate Limit page gives suggestions on how to avoid/handle RateExceededError. 

For the mapping question, you would have to handle it in your code.
