Not able to find SavedColumns of old Search Ads 360 API in the newer version

Hi All,

I am migrating to the newer version of the Google Search Ads 360 API and are encountering difficulties with identifying the 'SavedColumnName' in the newer version.

In the older version, I am passing the SaveColumn in the below format to columns param of the report request,

[{"savedColumnName""Registrations Count (DW)"},
{"savedColumnName""
Registrations Count (Tag)"},]

I tried to match these SavedColumnNames of old version with the custom columns in the newer version of API but none of them are matching.

Pulled the CustomColumn information of couple of customer_ids and the column names are not matching between any of them. In the older version of API, the column names(SavedColumnNames) are same across the all advertiser_ids.

Used this endpoint: https://searchads360.googleapis.com/v0/customers/<customer_id>/customColumns

Any assistance or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

That's not the case; we have not contacted you for that purpose.

We are reaching out because we submitted a request to upgrade from Basic API to Standard Access API to have unlimited data calls for our reporting platform. We have not yet received a response from Google despite waiting the indicated days, and this is delaying the use of our platform and affecting our users. We have already hit the daily call limit once and do not want this to happen again.

We hope for a prompt resolution and response to our request.
