Unable to get refresh Token

I am trying to run my adwords but everytime I try to execute the GetRefreshToken.php file on my server I get the following error

I dont know where am I going wrong .Please help me with this.

Hi Shukla,

I believe this is related to the issue in the other thread, where you mentioned that SOAP is not enabled in your PHP environment. The issue should get addressed once that is fixed.
