Add Campaign Structure Error CANNOT_TARGET_PARTNER_SEARCH_NETWORK

Hi,

We have some issue related adwords api for add campaign structure.
We have issue when add campaign structure to Adwords using batch process but get error CANNOT_TARGET_PARTNER_SEARCH_NETWORK.

After search to adwords forum I got answer as bellow :

Hi,

As mentioned in the docs, partner networks can be used for some specific accounts. 

And it's not possible to enable it through API.

Please remove that setting from the request.

Is this answer still applicable for current adwords api and is there any solution for this issue?
