Thank you for reaching out. It’s most likely this account is already cancelled or you put an invalid client customer id in the header. If it’s the former one then your account has been deactivated due to the inactivity for a long time. You could refer to this article on how to reactivate the cancelled accounts. If it’s the latter one then specify a valid client customer id and make the API call again.
