SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from 'https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/cm/v201502/AdGroupAdService?wsdl

J'ai eu l'erreur suivant le 22 octobre 2015 :
=> An error has occurred: SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from 'https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/cm/v201502/AdGroupService?wsdl' : failed to load external entity "https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/cm/v201502/AdGroupService?wsdl"

Depuis le 23 octobre jusqu'aujourd'hui ça marche à merveille, mais je me demande d’où provienne l'erreur? de moi ou du webservice?

I am sorry, I can give a response in English only. If you could access the WSDL URL by your browser but not through your application, then you could check your proxy / NAT blocking the access or this could happen due to lack of SSL certificates.
