KeywordPlanService.GenerateHistoricalMetricsRequest returns wrong data

Hello, KeywordPlanService.GenerateHistoricalMetricsRequest
https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/keyword-planning/generate-historical-metrics?hl=en#create_a_keyword_plan
began to return the same data for different locations, an example of an answer for using the words:
    "seo", "seo tool"
for locations:
    India (2356), USA (2840), Great Britain (2826).
In ALL cases:

It looks like these are world results.
