get Mcc account Client list

I am working on Mcc account  clients list am following

GetAccountHierarchyExample of PHP library as it is but response i am getting is 

ManagedCustomerPage {#338 ▼
  #entries: null
  #links: null
  #totalNumEntries: 2
  #PageType: null
  +"Page.Type": "ManagedCustomerPage"
as you can see total number of entries are showing but why entries and links object is null

Please help
