Over 3 weeks waiting time for Google Ads API Developer Accesss

Hey, is it normal to wait so long for an access to Google Ads API Developer Accesss?

It's been three weeks and still I've no response. 

I tried submitting this form: https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/contact_ads_api

Still no response.

My dev acc number is: 872-066-2096

Regarding your concern, it appears that this is specifically about your token application. You mentioned that you already tried submitting this form (https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/contact_ads_api) but you still didn't get any response. Can you provide the cases2 ID generated when you submitted your application or form which has a format of #-#############?

You may then send the requested logs via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.
