Is it possible to retrieve the full contents of a customer match list in Google Ads?

With regards to your concern, you are asking if it is possible to retrieve customer match data. Kindly note that the Google Ads API mirrors the Google Ads UI. Meaning, the Google Ads API should be able to retrieve or manage the Google Ads UI data. To retrieve customer match data via the Google Ads API, you may use this user_list (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/fields/v14/user_list) report on your end.

If we want to see who is on the customer match list (get a full list of users by email, which is actually the sha256 hash), is that possible?

With regards to your concern, as mentioned, please note that Google Ads API mirrors the Google Ads UI. If this is not available in the Google Ads UI then I am afraid that this is also highly not available in the Google Ads API as features should be available in the UI before the API. Having said that, can you provide the uncropped Google Ads UI screenshot showing the data that you wish to retrieve via the Google Ads API so we can provide accurate recommendations? 

You may then send the requested logs via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.
