Convert Google ads manager account to test manager

Hi all,

I'm trying to use Google ads API, so I created a Google ads manager account.

But it turns out I need a *test* manager account - which I can't create now because I have an existing manager account.

So, I tried deleting my current manager account (which was never in use), but I can't because the 'Cancel my account' under "Admin > Preferences > Account status" does not show.

I'm stuck.

In one hand I can't create a test manager account and on the second hand, I can't delete my current manager account.

I will mention that the manager account was NEVER in use, and it has no sub-accounts, campaigns or anything that may lead to past or future billings.

Please help me, what should I do?
