What are the possibilities/reasons for "Conversions value is -ve and in quotes"?

Dear Members,

Hope you are doing fine.

I am facing an issue while fetching data from Geo_Performance_Report. In conversion column getting -ve values and in double quotes as well.

Thank you for reaching out. Can you please provide your client customer ID and the complete report definition you are using via Reply privately to author? Also, please provide the downloaded report that shows the negative values.
