364-713-0994I applied for basic access the 30th of may. It is said that there will be a response in 3 business days.
Today I still have no answer.
It is very impacting because we can't test properly and we can't deploy anything to users.
I already did a support ticket on the 5th of June, but also no response.
Could you please escalate this or give an update ?
