Ad Customizer Limitations For Responsive Search Ads

Hi, 

I'm working on the Ad Customizer for the RSA, and I got some questions about the limitations.

1. I know that we can create up to 40 attributes in an account, but I don't know if this limitation is applied to the top level account or to each sub level accounts?

2. Is there any limits of the number of the ad customizer values? If yes, on which level (campaign or ad group) it is applied to?

3. Is there any limit of the number of associations on each level (campaign, ad group, etc)? 

4. Are the trademarks allowed in the ad customizers?
