Migrate AdWords to Google Ads Api. Get empty list of customer when calling listAccessibleCustomers

Hello Google Ads Team,

Currently, I'm migrating to Google Ads Api. I'm struggle in retrieving the login-customer-id.

I'm following https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/migration/login-customer-id this URL to get customer-id. But at step 1 it return empty list of customers

Note: Developer Token, and Client Keys are the same at Adwords

For our team to further investigate the issues you are encountering, could you please provide the complete API logs (request and response with request-id) from the step 1 and step 2 generated on your end? Note that these can be requested or provided to the developer handling the Google Ads API transactions when logging of the API requests has been enabled.
