Regarding Approval for Basic Access

I hope you guys are doing well, a week ago I just requested for developer token basic access. I think you guys were redirected to me to some other team. But Still, I didn't get the access from you. Could you please look at for me and try to solve my problem. I want to solve this problem ASAP for integrating your Api's to my project.
