How to Set Up an Item of "Include Past Users Who Match These Rules"

Dear whom it may concern,

I am Yuki Kubota, a programmer at Fringe81 Co.,Ltd. I am writing in regards to how to set up an item of "include past users who match these rules", when vreate RuleBasedUserList in using AdWords API.

Now I am creating a Java application which creates RuleBasedUserList by using Adwords API(v201409), but it seems that I can't set up an item of "include past users who match these rules" although it CAN be set up on GUI. It would be appreciated if you could propose a solution to this problem.

I'm having the same issue. 

Any update about it ? it's not on the next release :-( .

I'm wondering why this box is not checked by default when the list is created via API. Cuz when the list is created manually from the UI, the box is checked by default. 

Is there a way to get this behaviour via api ?
