when i am generation token its not showing token

hello guys,

please help regarding to generation refresh token...i just added client id and secret code but when i am generation refresh token its showing this above error

Our PHP client library is meant to run form the command line instead. Could you please try this from the command line and let me know if you are still facing any errors? Please use reply privately to the author option while sharing the information requested in-case the problem persists.
