Google Business Operations Verification.

Hello,

Has anyone experience the 'Google Ads Business Operations Verifications' in the past and how did you solve this verification. 

I received the notification on our Google Ads account, appropriate steps was taken but account was suspended on the grounds that we didn't provide enough information to substantiate our relationship with our clients. 

What I submitted for the verification:

My company details, company registration documents,

Clients websites, agreement between my company and the 

clients.

Every client website I submitted, has a phone number to contact the client directly for verification. 

Google has replied and said the information I submitted for verification is not enough and not unique. 

My question, what does Google mean by Unique verification?
