No response for Basic API access

Hi, we have applied for Basic access API, under the following MCC:

MCC ID: 228-308-0994

At this point we have not received a case ID (even when we fill out the form) and no response yet from any channel, is there any ETA or support to get the API access.

We are missing important deadlines for clients integrations due to this issue, thanks in advance.
