To assist you further, please provide us with the "complete API logs" (
request and
response with
request-id and
request header) generated at your end while retrieving the data. Also, provide the email address that you are using to sign in to the Google Ads client account.
If you haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging. For REST interface requests, you can do so via the curl command by using the -i flag.
